- Agents can login using the credentials below :
- User name is xxxx (Your extension - ex. 3001)
- Password is ‘unix11’
- Domain is prodpogoivr.accoona.com
- Proxy is prodpogoivr.accoonaglobal.com:5080

- On registering successfully with the Call Centre Platform, the agent must toggle his / her availability using the steps stated below:
